  • 2 cups grape tomatoes quartered
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Start by placing the quartered grape tomatoes and diced bell pepper in a large salad bowl.
