Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a cast-iron skillet inside to heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, flour, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the hot skillet, add melted butter, and swirl to coat.
  4. Pour in the batter, then top with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly, garnish with chopped herbs, and optionally drizzle with honey before serving.
