Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into rectangles or circles.
  3. Place one tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each piece of dough.
  4. Fold the dough over the cheese, pinching the edges tightly to seal and twist into a knot shape.
  5. Place the knotted dough on the baking sheet, ensuring space between each knot.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over each knot, coating them fully.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the knots are golden brown.
  9. Let them cool slightly before serving, optionally brushing more garlic butter on top.
