Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine grated Parmesan, Pecorino cheeses, minced garlic, fresh thyme leaves, melted butter, and a pinch of pepper. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet.
  3. Slice the sourdough or French baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange them on the cheesy mixture. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  4. Drape slices of prosciutto over the bread and cheesy base, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, cheese is bubbling, and prosciutto is crispy.
  6. Cool slightly, then spoon burrata over the crostini, add peach slices, garnish with prosciutto and basil.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over the crostini before serving.
