- Allow pizza dough to warm to room temperature and dust work surface with flour.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and roll each piece into an 8-inch long rope.
- Shape the dough to resemble bones, using scissors to snip the ends for detail.
- Place shaped breadsticks on baking sheets, leaving space between them.
- Brush melted butter over each breadstick and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until melted.
