Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of cooking water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add orange zest and juice to the skillet, simmering for 2 minutes.
  4. Incorporate heavy cream into the skillet, letting it thicken for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Combine pasta with the sauce, adding reserved cooking water if needed.
  8. Serve garnished with fresh basil and grated orange zest.
