Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Wash and cube your potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and spices in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. After 25 minutes, remove the baking sheet and scatter sliced smoked sausage over the potatoes. Toss gently.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
