Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced chicken, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the salad mixture.
