Method
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, creating a wrap.
- If desired, slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
