Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
Filling and Shaping
  1. Mix cocoa powder, sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
  2. Punch down the dough, roll out into a rectangle, spread softened butter, and sprinkle filling.
  3. Roll into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  4. Place in a greased baking dish and cover to rise for 30-45 minutes.
Baking and Serving
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Make frosting by mixing cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
