  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries optional
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed or shredded, aged preferred
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey/maple syrup

Method
 

Preparation Steps

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss gently until well coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours for flavors to meld before serving.
