  • 2 large romaine hearts chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine hearts and croutons.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the romaine and croutons, tossing gently to coat evenly.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again to combine.
  5. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top before serving for added flavor.
