- Drain excess grease from the meat, then stir in the cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, and sour cream. Cool for about 10 minutes.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the meat mixture evenly, top with shredded cheese, then arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the casserole for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
