Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven heats up.

  3. Add diced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.

  5. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Add sour cream if using, and splash in milk or broth to adjust texture.
