- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, cottage cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional parsley. Gently stir until just combined.
- Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each patty, shape them into rounds, and flatten slightly.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering, about 1-2 minutes.
- Carefully place the patties in the skillet in a single layer. Cook for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
