- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
- Sear the seasoned chicken breasts in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream and whisk continuously. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine sliced chicken and drained pasta with the creamy sauce, toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if too thick.
- Serve garnished with parsley and additional Parmesan cheese, enjoy while hot.
