Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Sear the seasoned chicken breasts in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream and whisk continuously. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine sliced chicken and drained pasta with the creamy sauce, toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if too thick.
  6. Serve garnished with parsley and additional Parmesan cheese, enjoy while hot.
