Stir in the beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Add the gnocchi to the skillet and cook according to package instructions, usually about 2-3 minutes, until they float to the top.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
