  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground sesame seeds with mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Stir until fully blended and creamy.
  4. Slowly drizzle in the toasted sesame oil while continuing to stir the mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. If the dressing feels too thick, add water a half teaspoon at a time, mixing thoroughly to reach desired consistency.
  6. Give your dressing a taste, and adjust the seasoning as needed.
