  • 2 slices white bread or plain crackers if needed
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese or grated pecorino/mild cheddar
For the Garnish
  • 2 pieces hard-boiled eggs optional

  1. Soak the white bread in evaporated milk for about 5 minutes until softened. Blend with ají amarillo paste and Parmesan cheese until smooth.

  3. While the chicken simmers, slice the hard-boiled eggs and chop olives for garnish.
