Steps
  1. Combine 4 cups of chicken broth and 2 cans of Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans in your slow cooker. Mix in 1 can of Ro*Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles and 1 cup of salsa.
  2. Stir all the ingredients in the slow cooker thoroughly until the refried beans are well blended with the broth and tomatoes for a smooth consistency.
  3. Incorporate 1 cup of whole kernel corn and 1 can of black beans. Stir until evenly distributed for added texture.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat for 2 to 3 hours until hot and bubbling slightly around the edges.
  5. Ladle into bowls and garnish with cilantro, green onions, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
