  • 6 large Eggs or egg substitutes
  • 1 cup Whole Milk or dairy-free milk

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Colby Jack and Cheddar) or mozzarella
  • 1 cup Ham cubed; or bacon/sausage
  • 1 medium Jalapeño chopped; adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Freeze-Dried Parsley or fresh parsley
  • to taste Ground Pepper
  • to taste Sea Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 casserole dish with butter.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and spread cream cheese evenly on each triangle before rolling them up.
  3. Arrange the rolled crescent rolls in two columns of eight in the greased casserole dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and whole milk, then fold in shredded cheese, ham, jalapeño, parsley, pepper, and salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the crescent rolls, making sure it seeps in between.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes until puffy and golden brown. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
