- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 casserole dish with butter.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and spread cream cheese evenly on each triangle before rolling them up.
- Arrange the rolled crescent rolls in two columns of eight in the greased casserole dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and whole milk, then fold in shredded cheese, ham, jalapeño, parsley, pepper, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the crescent rolls, making sure it seeps in between.
- Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes until puffy and golden brown. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
