Method
 

  1. In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until it starts to turn golden and crispy.
  3. Carefully crack the eggs over the crispy feta, making sure to keep the yolks intact.
