For the Cheesy Toppings

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the waffle fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden-brown, about 20-25 minutes at 425°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Spread crispy fries on a baking sheet, sprinkle mozzarella and half of the feta cheese, then broil for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  4. Drizzle the chilled lemon herb sauce over the fries, top with remaining feta, and serve hot.
