Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw and roll out your puff pastry sheets to about ⅛ inch thickness on a floured surface.
  3. Place the first pastry sheet on the baking sheet, and layer with ham, cheese, and mustard if desired.
  4. Add the second pastry sheet on top, seal edges with pressure, and brush with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
