- Press the mixture firmly into the bottoms and sides of mini pie tins or a mini muffin pan to create a sturdy crust.
- Sprinkle an even layer of chocolate chips over the prepared crusts in each mini pie tin.
- Place a generous amount of mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer in each pie.
- Carefully transfer your mini pies to the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove the mini pies from the oven and let them cool for 5-7 minutes in the tins before serving.
