- Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions for 5-7 minutes and drain.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken, and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown, then remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, and stir-fry vegetables for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Return chicken to skillet, add noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. Toss well for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated.
