Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Coat Chicken: Dip chicken strips into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  3. Fry Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F and fry chicken strips for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: In a separate pan, sauté sliced bell peppers and green beans in olive oil for 5 minutes.
