  • 5 pieces licorice bars sliced into thin strips

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Medjool dates by pitting them and blending in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Combine oats, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and peanuts in the food processor and blend until well mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls, yielding about 16 energy balls.
  4. Press two candy eyeballs into each energy ball.
  5. Slice licorice bars into strips and create decorations for the energy balls.
  6. Attach the licorice decorations to the energy balls firmly.
  7. Chill the decorated energy balls in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before serving.
