Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, Nutella, sugar, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, then add to wet ingredients and fold gently.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling about two-thirds full, and add a dollop of Nutella on top of each.
- Use a toothpick to create swirls of Nutella in the batter.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
