  3. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese without overmixing, for around 2 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in about 2 minutes.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the sausage mixture, folding gently for around 2-3 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing lightly.
  7. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball shape; place onto the baking sheet.
