- Wash and slice your bell peppers, red onion, broccoli florets, and zucchini. Halve the baby potatoes.
- Cut the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and add to the vegetable bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the sausage and vegetable mixture in a single layer on a large sheet pan.
