Step-by-Step Instructions for Smashburger Quesadillas
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Mix gently.
- Preheat a grill or large skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Divide the beef mixture into eight equal portions and roll them into balls.
- Brush the preheated grill or skillet with olive oil, then smash each ball into a thin patty and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the cooked patties and let them rest on a plate.
- Reduce heat to medium and brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter.
- Layer cheese, beef patties, onions, pickles, and tomatoes on the unbuttered side of each tortilla, then add more cheese on top.
