Step-by-Step Instructions for Smashburger Quesadillas
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Mix gently.
  2. Preheat a grill or large skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into eight equal portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Brush the preheated grill or skillet with olive oil, then smash each ball into a thin patty and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove the cooked patties and let them rest on a plate.
  6. Reduce heat to medium and brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter.
