  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup Adjust to taste with agave for vegan
  • 1 cup Milk Any variety; use non-dairy for vegan
Optional Add-Ins
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds Add for nutritional boost
  • 1 cup Berries Toss in for extra sweetness

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients on the countertop for easy access.
  2. Blend together spinach, bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, and milk until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling three-quarters full.
  5. Insert sticks into molds or cover with foil and insert sticks.
  6. Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. To release pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds.
