- In a separate bowl, whisk together Parmesan cheese and flour, then gradually incorporate it into the sweet potato mixture.

- Dust countertop with flour, roll dough into long ropes, cut small pieces, and create texture with a fork or gnocchi board.
- Add shaped gnocchi to boiling water. Once they float (1-2 minutes), remove them with a slotted spoon.
