Method
 

Baking Instructions

  7. Carefully invert the cake onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel.
  8. Spread chosen frosting over the cooled cake.
  9. Roll the cake using the towel for support.
  10. Wrap the Yule Log in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  11. Unwrap and frost the exterior, then garnish with coconut flakes and cranberries.
