  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil Or avocado oil
  • 1 large Fresh Lemon Juice Juice from one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup Optional
