- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add thin spaghetti noodles and cook for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain the pasta.
- Rinse the spaghetti under cold running water to cool it down. Set it aside in a large mixing bowl.
- In the bowl with cooled spaghetti, combine Salad Supreme seasoning, Cajun seasoning, fresh parsley, and dill weed. Toss gently to coat the noodles evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Italian salad dressing and ranch dressing until smooth. Adjust flavors if necessary.
- Drizzle the dressing over the seasoned pasta and toss gently to coat.
- Fold in diced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onions, mixed bell peppers, cheddar cheese, and pepperoni if using. Mix gently.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the salad a gentle toss to recombine ingredients and garnish with parsley and dill if desired.
