  • 8 oz Thin Spaghetti Noodles Cook until al dente
Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning Adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill Weed Chopped
Dressing
  • 1 cup Italian Salad Dressing Use your favorite brand
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
Veggies
  • 1 cup Cucumbers Finely diced
  • 1 cup Sweet Cherry Tomatoes Finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onions Finely diced
  • 1 cup Mixed Bell Peppers Finely diced
Creamy Element
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Cut into tiny cubes
Optional Meat
  • 1/2 cup Hard Pepperoni Cut into cubes

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add thin spaghetti noodles and cook for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain the pasta.
  2. Rinse the spaghetti under cold running water to cool it down. Set it aside in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In the bowl with cooled spaghetti, combine Salad Supreme seasoning, Cajun seasoning, fresh parsley, and dill weed. Toss gently to coat the noodles evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the Italian salad dressing and ranch dressing until smooth. Adjust flavors if necessary.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the seasoned pasta and toss gently to coat.
  6. Fold in diced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onions, mixed bell peppers, cheddar cheese, and pepperoni if using. Mix gently.
  7. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
  8. Before serving, give the salad a gentle toss to recombine ingredients and garnish with parsley and dill if desired.
