Preparation Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients for the dressing: salad oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, low carb sugar, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a jar or mixing bowl, add salad oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, water, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard. Include Worcestershire sauce if using.
  3. Seal the jar and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, or blend for approximately 20 seconds until smooth and emulsified.
  4. Taste the dressing and adjust the flavors by adding more vinegar for tang or sugar for sweetness. Shake or stir well.
  5. If you have extra dressing, store it in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
