- Gather all your ingredients for the dressing: salad oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, low carb sugar, salt, and pepper.
- In a jar or mixing bowl, add salad oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, water, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard. Include Worcestershire sauce if using.
- Seal the jar and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, or blend for approximately 20 seconds until smooth and emulsified.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the flavors by adding more vinegar for tang or sugar for sweetness. Shake or stir well.
- If you have extra dressing, store it in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
