Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Combine chopped stems with cream cheese, sausage, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling, packing it down slightly.
  5. Grease a baking sheet and arrange the stuffed mushrooms on it.
  6. Press one small olive into the center of each stuffed mushroom.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until mushrooms are tender and filling is bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.
