Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grate the carrots and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Dice the apples and add them to the bowl with grated carrots.
  3. Finely shred red cabbage, then add it to the mixture along with dried fruits and nuts.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss everything together gently.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  7. Cover and chill the salad for 15 minutes.
  8. Toss again after chilling and garnish before serving.
