- In a medium mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of Dijon mustard and 1/4 cup of honey. Whisk until smooth and well-blended.
- Gradually pour in 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar while whisking. Continue for about 1 minute until creamy.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, mixing thoroughly.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder. Stir evenly.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Optionally mix in hot sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- After chilling, stir well and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
