- Gather all your ingredients and equipment, including a large mixing bowl, a spatula, a greased 9x13 inch baking pan, and a stovetop or microwave.
- In a saucepan over low to medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add 10 ounces of mini marshmallows, stirring continuously until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the marshmallow mixture is smooth, add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until the mixture takes on a vibrant hue.
