- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, then add 1 pound of ground beef. Sauté for about 6-8 minutes until browned.
