Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by finely mincing one red onion and an optional clove of garlic. Place the minced aromatics in a small mason jar.
  2. Add a tablespoon of coconut sugar and a tablespoon of dried dill into the mason jar. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1/4 cup of white vinegar into the jar. Mix well.
  4. Season to taste with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
  5. Secure the lid tightly on the mason jar and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  6. Let the dressing chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
