Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
  5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll it up tightly, starting from the wide end to the point. Place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
