- Remove any wilted or damaged outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Gently pat each cabbage steak dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, thyme, lemon juice, and sea salt. Stir until smooth.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously onto both sides of the cabbage steaks.
- Roast the cabbage steaks in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
