Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Once the steak is cooked, remove from heat and toss with the garlic butter.
  7. Serve the steak bites alongside the crispy potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley.
