  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk Dairy-free milk can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Olive oil can be used as a dairy-free option.
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan For garnishing.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley For garnishing.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add whole milk and mix gently.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan, shaping into a loaf.
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  5. Prepare the glaze by melting butter, sautéing minced garlic, and stirring in additional Parmesan and parsley until thickened.
  6. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return to the oven for 5–7 minutes to caramelize.
  7. Allow resting for 5 minutes, then slice, garnish with parsley, and serve.
