- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add whole milk and mix gently.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan, shaping into a loaf.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
- Prepare the glaze by melting butter, sautéing minced garlic, and stirring in additional Parmesan and parsley until thickened.
- Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return to the oven for 5–7 minutes to caramelize.
- Allow resting for 5 minutes, then slice, garnish with parsley, and serve.
