- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your baking dish. Layer the cooked noodles on top of the sauce.
- Add a layer of the ricotta-spinach mixture, followed by shredded chicken and shredded mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes. Arrange these on top of the final layer, adding black olives as spooky 'eyes.'
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
