Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your baking dish. Layer the cooked noodles on top of the sauce.
  5. Add a layer of the ricotta-spinach mixture, followed by shredded chicken and shredded mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  6. Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes. Arrange these on top of the final layer, adding black olives as spooky 'eyes.'
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
