- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your loaf pan.
- Sauté finely chopped onions and minced garlic in olive oil for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, ketchup, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cooled onion-garlic mixture. Mix gently.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- In a small bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of glaze over the meatloaf. Bake for 45 minutes, brushing with more glaze halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should be at least 160°F (71°C). Continue baking if needed.
- Remove from oven, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
